Recognizing that we are all complex individuals, she emphasizes that supporting neurodiversity should go hand-in-hand with meeting the needs of everyone on the team. Drawing from her journey and expertise, Lisa will explore the crucial role of communication and demonstrate how simple adjustments can enhance productivity, retention, and team culture.
