Rhonda Croft

Long-term care case manager
Interior Health

Rhonda Croft has been a Registered Nurse and activist in the BC Nurses’ Union (BCNU) for over 25 years. A lifelong learner, she completed her Master’s Degree in 2011, which focused on exploring horizontal violence and bullying within nursing.

The topic of civility in the healthcare workplace resonates with nurses throughout BC. Rhonda provides workshops and presentations around the province for BCNU members to discuss civility, respect and the need for self-awareness and self-care.

Rhonda acknowledges that civility can be hard work. It requires paying attention but also increases psychological health and safety in the workplace.
