Leading from the Inside Out

Now in its fifth year, SafeCare BC's "Leading from the Inside Out" program continues to resonate with healthcare leaders across the continuing care sector. In 2025, six cohorts and 36 sessions gave participants practical tools and fresh perspective to strengthen their leadership and drive meaningful change in their workplaces.

This year's participants spoke to something beyond skill-building — the program's real power, many noted, was in the connections and community it created:

The feedback reflects what the program was designed to do: create space for leaders to grow — not just professionally, but personally. "Leading from the Inside Out" remains one of the clearest expressions of SafeCare BC's commitment to building a continuing care sector where leadership, well-being, and safety are understood as deeply connected.
