This month's Hearts and Hands eNews is filled with inspiring speakers and resources. Check out the content below for uplifting messages from Brenda Robinson, Mark Black's resiliency resources, and SafeCare BC educational offerings.

Brenda Robinson: Inspiration and motivation since the early days of Hearts and Hands

Brenda Robinson has been a familiar face at Hearts and Hands conferences since the beginning. See this month's conversation below, where Brenda shares compassion and heartfelt positivity. We are grateful that Brenda brings encouragement and motivation through her words and work with BC healthcare providers.

Supporting psychological health for healthcare workers

As part of the 12 Months of Safety initiative, June is Mental Health Awareness Month! SafeCare BC created Enhancing Psychological Health and Well-Being and The Working Mind for Employees to support resiliency and stress management. These eLearning courses are self-paced and provide research-based strategies to support your great work.

Inspirational resilience with Mark Black

At last year's conference, attendees were fortunate to hear Mark Black's personal story of resiliency. Mark's resources are available below, with material that inspires us to grow through adversity, acknowledge and foster challenging scenarios, and thrive. Visit Mark's webpage and YouTube Channel for messages of inspiration and resilience.
