Breakout Session
What your therapist wishes you knew! Holding it together isn’t the same as thriving
2026, Langley 2026

October 21 @ 1:30pm to 2:30pm

Sometimes the most difficult seasons of our lives reveal more about who we are than the easy ones ever could. In this honest, inspiring, and sometimes humorous session, Ginger will take us beyond the polished version of success and share the unexpected path that shaped who she is today.

Through reflection, meaningful interaction, and practical tools, you’ll be invited to see your own story differently, recognize strengths you may have overlooked, and identify one meaningful step toward the person you are still becoming. Ginger’s hope is that you’ll leave feeling more connected to yourself, more trusting of who you are, and more inspired to create a life in which you can truly thrive.
