In The News: Training Care Aides to Stay Safe
April 24, 2018 | News
The following article featuring Menno Place Care Aide, Bryan Gay, appeared in the Abbotsford News on April 13.
Editor’s Note: The 360 people referenced in the article have taken violence prevention training, but only 30 took the Provincial Violence Prevention Curriculum Peer Coach training, as Bryan Gay has, in the last quarter of 2017. Another 32 are expected to complete the training in the next two months.
If you are interested in taking the Peer Coach violence prevention training, spots are still left for sessions in Burnaby (May 1-4) and Victoria (June 12-15).
See how your organization can benefit from the Peer Coach program.
