January 27, 2016 | News, Member Only

survey infographicAs a workplace health and safety association for the sector and by the sector, SafeCare BC values the opinions and priorities of our members. Between November and December of 2015, the SafeCare BC Member Survey collected feedback and opinions from managers and front-line workers in private and non-profit care homes across British Columbia.

The Member Survey set out to measure awareness among members of SafeCare BC’s programs and services, measure organizational and individual behaviour change in adopting best practices in specific safety areas, and obtain feedback from members on safety priorities and SafeCare BC’s direction.
