Training Needs Assessment: Update

The survey portion of SafeCare BC’s Needs Assessment concluded last week, and we are pleased to report that the survey received a very robust response. Thank-you to everyone who participated – your input and support are and will continue to be invaluable in helping SafeCare BC achieve its mandate to reduce injuries in long term care workplaces. We are now in the process of completing the next phase of our Needs Assessment, conducting in-depth interviews with both employers and frontline workers. Keep an eye out for the final report, to be released in March.
